PT Merdeka Mining Servis subsidiary company of PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking experienced and qualified candidates who are willing to be placed at Morowali site to fill position as:
Construction Trainer (Code: CNST - MMS AIM)
Requirement:
- Maximum 40 years old
- Formal Education: Minimum Senior High School
- Work Experience Min. 3 years work duration as a Construction Trainer
- Work Requirement: Hard worker, continuous learning. good team work, familiar mining.
- Work Location : Willing to travel to All Site Project
- Having experience in developing Construction training Module.
- Familiar with Indonesian Occupation Health and Safety regulation and legal framework
- Familiar with OHS Management System in Contruction Prosedure
- Having a Training of Trainer (TOT) certification is a must.
- Having experience Conduct Training Mason, Carpenter, Rebarman, Plumbing, etc
- Having a good communication and interpersonal skill
- Problem solving
- High interests in people development and performance
