PT Hengjaya Mineralindo is a Indonesian PMA company PT Hengjaya holds a 100% interest in the Hengjaya nickel project (Hengjaya Mine) located in the Morowali Regency Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, we are hiring :
QA/QC SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent subject
- Knowledge of statistics 101 and understanding Scatterplots & Proceess Control Chars In QC
- Minimum 4—6 years experience working in a Supervisory role in a Mining or Commercial Assay Laboratory.
- Practical experience in operating Bruker/Malvem Panalytical XRF's and Fused Bead equipment and calibration of this equipment
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and writen, required for working in a multilingual environment
- Wiling to work in the Morowali District, Central Sulawesi

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sample preparation and emple assaying at the QAQC Laboratory
- Monitoring and maintain the quality of the operations in the preparation and assaying of emples in tie QAQC department
- Direct and manage a constant throughput of samples throughput to maintain a balanced production samples from different department
- Monitor and check the sample results meet the minimum requirements In accuracy and precision
- Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, monthly and annual production to ensure targets are being met
- Monitor and maintain highest standards of safety within the QAQC work environment
- Maintain the good working environment within the department by on going supervision and training of an energetic enthusiastic team
- Bring, share and apply the skills you have learnt to date within a growing and expanding Nickel Mining Company environment
