PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) as the holder of the gold mining Contract of Work (KK) in Poboya Village, has now obtained a permit to process gold ore material with a capacity of 4,500 tons per day is looking potential caindidate to join with our team as :
HSE TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male/Female maximum 40 years old, physically and mentally healthy
- Have more than 3 years of working experience in the field of OHS
and mining training
- Have experience in delivering underground mining training
(preferred)
- Minimum D3 related to communication science, management,
occupational safety and health
- Have Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) training, minimum
Training of Traner (TOT) level 4- BNSP and/or SMKP implementation
- Can communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure, eager to learn and motivated by HSE
culture
CONDITION MONITORING & ANALYZER OFFICER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or
electrical engineering would be helpful.
- Specialised training in vibration analysis and condition monitoring
techniques is also desirable.
- Certifications and Experience: Level-1 certification in condition
monitoring.
- At least 6 years of experience in petrochemical, oil and gas
industry in condition monitoring.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data from equipment.
- Understanding of condition monitoring techniques and predictive
maintenance routines.
- Strong communication skills and project management capabilities
LAND ACQUISITION & DATABASE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male, physically and mentally fit
- Minimum age of 28 years
- Education at least S1
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in the same field
- Have good administrative skills, especially documents regarding
land acquisition (land acquisition)
- Assertive, Communicative, and have negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office word and excel
OPERATIONAL PURCHASE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Education at least S1, preferably engineering degree (Mechanical /
industrial)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Have at least 2 years of EPC experience
- Able to communicate & negotiate
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, thorough and ready to work hard
- Mastering & able to speak English both orally and in writing
RIGGER
Qualifications:
- Min High School
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Rigger
- Able to identify potential hazards of binding objects, lifting and
transporting equipment
- Able to select lifting and transporting equipment
- Have a Rigger certificate
- Have an active SIO and SIM BII Umum
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Able to identify all sizes and types of slings and their capacities
- Able to identify shackle sizes and capacities
- Must know how to tie and tie wire slings
- Must know and be able to signal man/command when lifting using a
crane
CREW MECHANIC
Qualifications:
- Min Senior High School/D3/S1 Education
- Age 25-40 years old
- 3 - 6 years of experience especially as a Mechanic Fixed Plant
- Understand and be familiar with mining production equipment such as
Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Slurry pump, Belt Conveyor System, Sag
mill, Ball mill
- Perform regular maintenance on production machines
- Have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in
the mining sector
- Able to work in teams and individually
- Have high integrity and loyalty Honest and disciplined
