PT Macmahon Mining Services is a multinational company offering the complete package of mining services. As a contractor of choice, we have extensive experience in both surface and underground mining across a range of locations including projects throughout Indonesia.

We are currently seeking motivated and highly qualified candidates to join our team in North Sumatera for the below positions:

SUPERINTENDENT MINING - OPERATION

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

- Provide effective supervision of Production Supervisors and

equipment on site to fulfil specified requirements related to work

safety, leadership, equipment utilisation and costs

- Understanding Mining and Mineral Law in Indonesia

- Ability to work with the Plant department to optimise the

utilisation rate and functionality of the equipment in the mine

- Comply with Organization's incident handling procedures,

particularly in relation to meeting reporting and investigation

deadlines

What skills and experience do you need?

- Minimum High School or Technical School education or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Supervisor Mining

Operation/Production

- POP/POM certificate

- In-depth knowledge of practical steps in mine production operations

as well as legal work safety requirements

- Extensive experience working at mine sites and able to operate

heavy equipment in the field

- Experience in leading large work teams for 8-10 years

- Have a good basic knowledge of safety and able to apply
