PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (PT BAI), a subsidiary of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium, known as INALUM, and PT ANTAM Tbk, referred to as ANTAM, is established and operates under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It will develop, build, own, operate, and manage the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR Project)
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) ASSISTANT OFFICER
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring
IT systems and networks operate efficiently, and assisting in the
maintenance and management of IT infrastructure.
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware
and software, and maintaining information security.
- Responsible for assisting with administrative tasks under the
responsibility of the IT Division
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or other related fields.
- Diploma (D3) with relevant experience can be considered.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in IT support roles or related
positions.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-changing IT environment.
- Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Router,
Switch, Access Point,
- Data & Telecommunication Infrastructure). Knowledge in managing
operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Website & M365
Administration.
- Ability in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office & M365, Network Infrastructure.
- Server Infrastructure, CCTV, Other IT/Technology Based.
- Basic Knowledge, Website Admin (WordPress).
- Willing to be placed at the SGAR project site (Sungai Kunyit).
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Proactive and initiative in handling issues.
- Friendly and helpful attitude in interacting with users.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new technology.
- Network Infrastructure certification (plus point).
- Server Infrastructure certification (plus point).
- Microsoft certification (plus point).
- Work Location: Mempawah, West kalimantan
