HSE OFFICER STAFF
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or engineering major from a
reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
- Have a certificate Ahli K3 Umum (preferably from the Ministry
of Manpower)
- Able to communicate and write in English in a professional
working.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Can join immediately
- Placement in Site Project of PT. Kinden Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Understand, create and file HSE documents and reports neatly
- Providing HSE training to the workforce (Induction, etc.)
- Assisting in the preparation of the JSA, permit to work
- Coordinate and attend internal meetings and other external
parties (Maincont/Owner/Subcont).
- Supervise safety, health, and pollution prevention issues.
- Review the Safety Management System to comply with applicable
regulations.
- Follow up, evaluate, and provide recommendations for
improvement on findings of non-conformity (unsafe action and
unsafe condition).
- Conducting investigations, analyses, and making reports on
accidents and incidents that occur.
- Carry out SHE Inspection of company assets on site.
- Coordination with the HSE team regarding all HSE matters.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor or
Project Management Team.
