QHSE OFFICER

Job Summary:
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessment and determine the

risk control
- Conduct & ensure QHSE induction & socialization to other

employees
- Investigate root causes and propose solutions;
- Maintain documents and records control at workplace;
- Ensuring emergency response team;

- Assignment to project site if required;
- Implementing SMT (ISO 9001, ISO 4500 & ISO 37001) for

Project
- Familiar or experience in training about a QHSE Knowledge
- Experience in giving a QHSE related training to employee
- Placement Head Office Jakarta

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Occupational Health & Safety /

Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Environmental

Health / Management
- Min. 2 years experience as QHSE in EPC / Construction.
- Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 37001
- Understand about hazard identification, risk assessment,

determining control.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong

inter-personal skills, computer literate (MS Office, MS

visio).
- Having knowledge in safety matter.
- Familiar with ISO 14000, ISO 45001, SMK-3, ISO 9001, HSE

audit
- Safety minded, efficient, creative, innovative, team

player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and

quality, be persistent and system oriented.
- AK3 Umum Certificate
- Willing for the temporary business trip/site project
