WAREHOUSE DEPUTY SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics

  Management/Logistics 
- Engineering/Industrial Engineering/other related majors
- More than 2 years experience in warehouse, with team

  management experience
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with the entire process of offline/online

  warehouse
- Familiar with SAP WMS system
- Have a good data analysis and processing ability
- Have a strong leadership ability, clear logic thinking,

  strong initiative, and grand aspirations
- Placement in Surabaya

Job Descriptions:
- Overall coordination: responsible for coordinating the

  overall work affairs and daily management
- Team performance control: responsible for implementing and

  controlling the KPI assessment of warehouse
- Standardized management: responsible for formulating and

  revising regulations, business process, and operating norms

  of warehouse inspecting and supervising the implementation

  of the 6S
- Cost management: control transportation costs, labor cost,

  and other warehousing and logistics-related costs
- Inventory management: ensure the accuracy of inventory data

  in the offline warehouse, organize and implement stock

  opname plans, and control inventory discrepancy rates
