STORE CLERK

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma III
- Understand organization related tools and processes.
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word,

Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
- Good in business English communication in both written and

spoken.

- Willing to work any shift.
- Willing to be based in Batam

Key Responsibilities
- Receive daily incoming delivery documents.
- Enter new data into the system database (ERP)
- Maintain control over incoming data.
- Manage data control for wire consumables.
- Control gate passes.
- Monitor and track general consumable stock data.
- Update records for Receiving Reports.
- Perform daily document filing.
- Record daily absences and process payroll (administrative

section).
- Organize and oversee departmental stationary needs.
- Ensure compliance with existing safety and health

regulations (adhere to all required PPE)
