SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer based in Sanga-Sanga, near Samarinda. The Senior Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing soil and geological data, and designing foundations. The role involves collaborating with project teams, overseeing geotechnical aspects of operations, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

Qualifications :
- Site Investigation and Soil Analysis skills
- Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology expertise
- Experience in managing geotechnical aspects of mining

operations, min 5 years in senior position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining / Geotechnical

Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities :
- Conduct geotechnical monitoring in the Pit, Disposal and

all project areas.
- Install and monitor geotechnical instruments (radar) in the

Pit and Disposal areas.
- Create hazard map & geotechnical alert reports on landslide

potential and events in the Pit and Disposal areas.
- Create geotechnical analysis and recommendations for pits,

disposal and all project areas.
- Supervise and analyze geotechnical drilling projects
- Supervise and analyze laboratory testing of geotechnical

samples
