PERSONAL ASSISTANT (HC)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology (Industrial), Human Resource Management, or Technical Engineer (IPK Minimum 3,2)
- Required language(s): English with minimum TOEFL 550
- Having experience in a coal mining company is preferred
- Minimal 3 years of experience in Personal Assistant and Project Management
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Preferable from HR Consulting Company
- FastLearner, energetic and able to communicate at all levels
- Able to multitask effectively and efficient
- Willing to frequent travel to mine site (Paser, East Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
- Incharge of monitoring project plans, project schedule, resources, and work hours
- Taking minutes on meeting and tracking closure of action items on Operational Weekly for internal meeting
- Overseeing HR project tasks and ensuring that project milestones are met on time
- Communicating with stakeholders andmanaging theirexpectations throughout the project
- Assisting with creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Preparing or providing any necessary documents that may be required by the HC Director
- Prepare reports and presentations and maintain a good administration of the office filing system
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including high- priority projects that need general support
