PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering. Petroleum Engineering is      preferable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas
- Have experience in oil pipe simulation
- Have experience with in Production, Petroleum or Reservoir          Engineering
- Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget
- Have experience using production chemical
- Have experience in Flow Assurance
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity
- Placement : Riau

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day production monitoring from Wells, EPF,          trucking   until unloading tank and act for optimization.
- Perform day-to-day Artificial lift and Well performance              monitoring,   and propose Well optimization plan.
- Prepare Standard Operation Procedures in Production & Operation      area
- Acquired, record and analyze well production test.
- Prepare daily and monthly Production report, joint report with      other PSC and verify the production reconciliation.
- Prepare yearly Work Program & Budget
- Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and              Environment)   in Operation area.

HSE SPECIALIST

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or Health Safety              Environment   (HSE) K3
- Minimum 8 years’ HSE experience in oil and gas industry,              especially   in oil and gas company.
- Experience in drilling, work over/well service and production      operations.
- Held valid K3 Migas certificate and various HSE                     certifications/trainings
- Knowledgeable and experience in field HSE management and              supervision.
- Knowledgeable and experience in environment/waste management          system   and implementation.
- Experience and good in various field HSE audit, inspection and      reporting.
- Knowledgeable and experience to develop field HSE procedures.
- The candidate shall demonstrate strong HSE leadership and shall      have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.
- Knowledgeable with computer literacy using Microsoft office
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be relocated to all company’s operation area

Responsibilities:
- Promoting a safety culture in accordance with industry best          practices in the workplace.
- Ensure the implementation of Contractor Safety Management System.
- Perform Hazard Identification Risk Assessments.
- Manage and ensure HSE compliance with all company procedures and     regulatory including Government regulations in any field              operation   activities.
- Deliver Occupational HSE Inductions to new start field              employees,   visitors etc as required.
- Coach site personnel in hazard identification and mitigation          controls
- Conduct any HSE training, socialization and campaign for field      workers.
- Conduct and initiate field HSE meetings and reports.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage Contractors and Subcontractors HSE compliance.
- Conduct and participate in HSE audits and inspections.
- Initiate, monitor and report on the progress of audit and          inspection findings.

OIL TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEADER

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas
- Understanding of oil, gas, and water hydrocarbon measurement          field   practices, sampling and analysis & metering principles
- Have experience in oil pipe simulation and flow assurance
- Have experience with in Production & Operation of oil and gas      activities
- Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget
- Familiar with industrial best practices associated with oil and      gas   operation, i.e., API, ANSI, ASTM
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity
- Placement : Riau

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day production monitoring from Wells, EPF,          trucking   until unloading tank and act for optimization.
- Perform tank gauging to measure tank contents and account for      product stored and product moved into and out of tanks
- Analyzing oil samples and perform routine grind outs to measure      sediment and water content and determine quality
- Prepare custody transfer tickets, manage tickets and perform          month end closing

- Prepare daily and monthly Production report, joint report with      other PSC and verify the production reconciliation.

PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Social science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in public relations in oil and gas      industry
- Possess extensive networks and resources relating to government      and   media in Indonesia
- Have experience to produce report for stakeholder
- Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget
- Knowledgeable and aware of Indonesia government regulations,      specifically in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry regulations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and integrity
- Placement : Riau

Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated effective various Communications (internally     and   externally) initiatives, strategy and planning to protect      company   brand and reputation.
- Ensure consistency of message between various channels to          protect   the Company reputation.
- Identify and mapping of political and government influencers         (political and bureaucratic), and monitor political and              regulatory   trends and issues in upstream oil and gas
- Develop effective and strategic Media Relations strategy within      the   company as well good relationships with media and journalists
- Ensure accurate, accountable and reliable company information to      media/journalist.
- Identify diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including          understand their positions in the stakeholders mapping.

ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting area with oil and gas      exposure
- Have experience with IFRS, FQR, and FMR would be an advantage
- Good knowledge about oil and gas regulation
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity

Responsibilities:
- Perform the day-to-day processing of accounting transactions to      ensure that Company finances are maintained in an effective, up to   date and accurate manners.
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services   against the supporting documents.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and          procedures.
- Record accounting transactions in the accounting system for further   review by supervisor
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts that applicable at      Company.
- Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)   issues in Accounting area.

COMMERCIAL

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing & Oil Lifting area with      oil and gas exposure
- Have experience with ENTIK scheme would be an advantage- Good      knowledge about oil and gas regulation

Responsibilities:
- Perform and prepare strategy and monetization schemes for crude oil   products.
- Searching for potential buyers and preparation of formal documents,   sale and purchase agreements.
- Negotiate with potential buyers regarding commercial terms.
- Analyze oil and gas product entitlement projections.
- Monitor the realization of lifting sales of oil and gas products.
- Prepare invoice to buyer & maintain payment received.
- Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)   issues in Commercial area.

ACCOUNTANT – TREASURY

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Treasury area with oil and gas      exposure
- Have experience with Banking area would be an advantage
- Good knowledge about oil and gas regulation
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity

Responsibilities:
- Develop update and implement the Treasury Policy and Procedures of   the Company.
- Perform its Treasury functions in a secure and cost-effective      manner.
- Assist Treasury Head to manage the cash management operations (cash   forecasting, cash calling, etc.)
- Assist Treasury Head to prepare/update monthly & Quarterly cash      flow forecast and perform cash call request.
- Monitor payable & receivable.
- Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)   issues in Treasury area.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring in      Psychology
- Have experience with job analysis/job evaluation and performance      management would be an advantage
- Have experience Min. 3 years in the same field, especially in the   oil & gas sector
- Mastering psychological test tools
- Able to conduct psychological tests, scoring and interviews
- Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training      program designing
