PT Epsindo Jaya Pratama is a national company that was founded in 1999 and is engaged in manufacturing and developing Electric Submersible Pump Systems (ESPS) and Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS), currently inviting professional candidates to join as:

DATA PROCESSOR

Requirements:

- Education majoring in S1 Petroleum Engineering

- Have 3 years work experience in same field

- Understand the Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) and its design process

- Domiciled in Riau area is preferred

- Have high discipline, good attitude and can work with a team

- Have a good medical history and have had the Covid-19 booster vaccine

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering degree

- Minimum 10+ years oil and gas experience with at least 4+ years of experience as Engineering Manager or at least 2+ years of experience as Application Engineer

- The Candidate will have knowledge and direct work experience is preferred in Artificial Lift especially Electric Submersible Pump

- Having strong knowledge and practical experience in design/ selection, analysis and evaluation of Electrical Submersible Pump, Horizontal Surface Pump System, Progressive Cavity Pump

- Having strong knowledge and practical experience in engineering software to design, analysis of artificial lift such as SubPump, Autograph, Pipesim, etc

- Have experience in installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pump Equipment

- Have knowledge of VSD Topologies and control systems

- Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching

- Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
