Requirement :
- Educational Background All Majors
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance management, strategy implementation. (Fresh Graduate are also welcome)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to align objectives with broader organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and convey complex concepts effectively.
- Basic project management skills to oversee the implementation of MBOS initiatives.
- Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data- driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills to influence and guide teams toward achieving common objectives.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and organizational strategies.
- Could be able to communicate in Mandarin is a Plus.
- Proficient English communication skills are a must.
- Willing to be based at Sungai Baung (Palembang)
