Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 7 years experience in Sales position
- Has experience in handling distribution channel
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Computer literate (Basic Application)
Responsibilities :
- Maintains & builds relationships with trade leaders and distributors, in order to create positive impact to business goals and company image
- Develop strategies of product lines through distribution channels and analyse problems within the distribution channel
- Work closely with external such as distributor on coverage area to do sales and distribution plan and implementation
- Analyse customer needs and sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement
- Responsible for the entire team and activities in the assigned area to optimize the distribution of Cussons products effectively and efficiently
- Develop the area and ensure the implementation of the coverage strategy in the area
- Responsible for the entire area and distributor/account management (sell in and sell out)
- Responsible for all sales force activities in the area including distributor salesmen
