INDUSTRIAL RELATION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities :
- Support HR Manager in managing relationships with unions & ensuring  Consistency with its core business values and alignment with the      global approach to develop and maintain positive relationships with  employees, management, and labour unions.
- Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment     contracts, Company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the     government regulations and make sure all HR practices comply with     the applicable legislation as well as company regulations.
- Responsible for industrial relations that cover employee disputes,  internal communication employee relations, grievance,         misconduct/violation investigation and hiring termination             and provide counsel to workers regarding company and governmental     policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain communication with the government or regulators and         responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or      regulators, and monthly reports to the management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compliance and Industrial      Relations preferable in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of labour law, and keeping up to date with      government regulations

GA & HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage travel arrangement of employees and visitor eg: ticket      issurance, cash advance etc.
- Ensure effectiveness of Cars arrangement.
- Ensure reception task are well managed. E.g. receiving calls, great   guest, arrangement meeting room etc.
- Manage visitors (e.g: ensure registration in the system, arrange      meals, lunch, dinner, etc.).
- Ensure expatriate formalities are well prepared to meet business 

requirements.
- Ensure good inventory office supplies.
- Ensure travel support to all Cladtek employees, including assisting   Group.
- Management/Executive Committee (Executive Director, Directors, CEO)   on ferry bookings, hotel reservation

Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
- 3 years minimum experience in GA & Hospitality Supervisor.
- Leadership capability with minimum 3 years' experience in          leadership role (structural or functionally)
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and          spoken.

PEOPLE ANALYTIC SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities :
- Work with HR data and apply expertise in people research,          quantitative analysis, and data
- visualization to identify and clarify critical people issues and      drive improvements.
- Monitor internal and external trends and best practices and advise  HR Managers and Business Partners on the best course of action      Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics,   and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications   for decision making.
- Own and optimize existing HR reports to inform the HR organization   and the business on HR operational effectiveness and the state of   the workforce.
- Manage HR data and is in charge of maintaining the system,         implement (process)improvements, ensure data quality, and analyze      and report on the data in the HRIS.
- Preferably have programming skills to initiate HR automation.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics or          Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Analyst
- Proficiency in leveraging data for analyzing business results.
- Excellent statistical skills including the ability to gain insights   from data.
- Expert with various HRIS applications.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and          spoken.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy   in mind.
- Design and implement hiring strategies, such as an employer          branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure positive   experience for candidates.
- Coordinate effectively with hiring managers to ensure clear          expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Ensure that teanms consist of diverse and qualified individuals.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each   position's requirements.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar      role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview         techniques (e.g, Behavioral Interview) and evaluation methods.      Ability to perform psychometric assessments are a plus.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and other professional   networks in Talent Solutions
