PT Vector Engineering Indonesia is in engineering and fabrication of mining infrastructure which includes steel structures and chutes for the mining sector. In addition to our core products and services we also provide high quality fabrication services to various reputable companies who specialise in custom designed mining products including truck bodies, buckets and water tanks for heave mobile mining equipment.
The Facility and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all company facilities. This role involves managing a technical team, scheduling routine maintenance, and carrying out necessary repairs to keep the facilities safe and functional.
We are hiring :
FACILITY & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance workers in
their daily tasks.
- Provide training and development to team members to ensure
competence and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all
facilities and equipment.
- Be part of the company’s emergency response team and ensure
facility readiness for emergencies.
- Coordinate post-emergency repairs as needed.
- Organize and oversee routine maintenance schedules, ensuring timely
execution.
- Identify maintenance and repair needs across the facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee repair work carried out by internal teams or
external vendors.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development and management of the maintenance
department budget.
- Raise PR related to necessary purchased items for repair and
maintenance purpose"
- Ensure all company facilities (buildings, equipment, systems) are
in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Manage the maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and
other critical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and safety
standards.
- Maintain accurate and well-documented maintenance records.
- Coordination with other unit to ensure vendor performance meets
company standard.
- Hiring Location: Batam
- Reports to: Production Superintendent
Qualification:
- Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent). Having valid electrical
certification is more preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in facility and maintenance
management, with leadership experience.
- Having knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Having capability to use Microsoft Office
