AREA SALES PROMOTION MANAGER
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor, IPK min 3.00, all major
- Min 3 years experience in the same position
- Max 40 years old
- Have knowledge in Sales Management, Distributor Management,
territory Management, Merchandising, Promotion Development,
Forecasting
- Good in Negotiation Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Presentation Skill,
Leadership, Communication Skill, Strategic Thinking, Teamwork
- Advance in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Placement : Pekanbaru
Job Descriptions:
- Arrange strategic direction for the team and ensure achievement of
sales targets and distribution targets.
- Analyze, monitor, and develop strategies to add to the achievement
of distribution.
- Build good working relationships with external companies, such as
Distributors
- Responsible for the implementation of the strategy Brand and
medical marketing run by the team in the area
- Monitor and make strategies & guides to the team for managing
budgets and preparing promotional programs.
- Provide direction in the supply chain process so that the process
runs optimally
