HSE OFFICER
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental
Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HSE man- agement.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and best prac- tices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HSE is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin.
Responsibility:
- Develop and enforce HSE policies and proce- dures to all the ships
that belong to Rimau Group.
- Identify and assess potential hazards, and develop strategies to
mitigate risks.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for crews and
employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
related to health, safety, and envi- ronmental standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to deter- mine causes and
implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on HSE performance and
compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to en- sure workplace safety
and adherence to regulations.
