LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 7 year of experience In Logistics.
- Domicile Cilegon and surrounding areas.
- Have a job seeker identification card AK/1.
- Have experience with SAP
Job Dercription:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation.
- Monitors material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
- Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents.
- Provides support in the maintenance of electronic filing systems for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents.
- Provides support in completing paperwork and documentation.
- Supports with developing and preparing complex databases, reports, and/or presentation material for the logistics unit.
- Prepares shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc., for ongoing shipments and projects.
- Provides support in completing paperwork and documentation.
WAREHOUSE STAFF
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- year of experience In Warehousing.
- Domicile Cilegon and surrounding areas.
- Have a job seeker identification card AK/1.
- Have experience with SAP.
Job Description:
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup as
scheduled.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment ina
preventive manner.
- Communicate and cooperate with coworkers.
