This company was founded in 1972, with the first largest animal feed factory in Jakarta (Ancol). Several of our animal feed factory branches are located in Balaraja, Medan, Bandar Lampung, Semarang, Sepanjang, Krian, and Makassar. PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia is currently hiring for the following positions:
SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION
Qualification :
- S1 Food Technology / Chemical Engineering /Veterinary Medicine / Related Field
- Male, Age maximum 30 years old
- Having minimum 2 years experience in food manufacture / experienced in Sausage/Further
- Having knowledge and certificates of HACCP, FSSC, Halal Assurance System
- Have a strong Leadership, Problem Solving skills, Controlling, Analytical Thinking and able to make an improvement
- Able to work under pressure and target, high integrity,discipline, firm, active, and communicative
- Fluent in using Ms Office Package (especially excel) and SAP.
- Willing to work in Cicalengka, Bandung, jawa barat
Job Description :
- Monitor production processes, productivity rates, and products quality standards
- Manage and ensure overall production to be run at a cost-effective level
- Implement and ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered as per regulations
- Ensure orders are completed within timeframe with minimal wastes
- Perform necessary reports to enhance the quality of production department for group of companies
- Communicate and liaise with multiple departments, teams, and companies including subordinates when necessary
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time
