GEOTECH & HYDRO SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering,
Civil Engineering, preferably or related background
- Minimum 3-5 year's experience as Geotech & Hydro
- Experienced in Mining industry will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good Leadership
- Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42
active days: 14 days off
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Key Roles:
- Carrying out geotechnical & hydrogeological studies of mining plans
that have been made by the Mine Plan Engineering team Presenting
the results of the study along with design recommendations
- Carry out geotechnical & hydrogeological inspections in the PT work
area. Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral, especially in active/critical areas. - Carrying out routine inspection/monitoring activities every day
- Coordinating with operational, environmental, safety & contractor
teams regarding geotechnical & hydrogeological conditions in the
work area Coordinating directly in the field or in meetings
- Evaluate geotechnical & hydrogeological data which is the basis for
analyzing & making decisions regarding mining and landfill plans
Availability of Geotechnical & Hydrogeological parameters/data
needed to carry out the analysis
- Evaluate slope stability in active and critical mining and landfill
areas in the PT work area. Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral Reports the
results of slope stability analysis in active/critical areas every
week at weekly meetings on Sundays
