SHE FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 in OHS, Public Heath or in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in mining industry
- Must have AK3U and POP certificates preferred
- Understand HSE laws and regulations and able to provide HSE
induction and training
- Able to carry out inspections and incident investigations
- Implementation of SMK3, SMKP and Environmental Proper
- Understand Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- Able to carry out incident inspections and investigations
- Able to compile HIRA-DC and JSA
- Able to implement Permit To Work (PTW) and CSMS
- work placement in Bogor, West Java
Job Description:
- Develop and monitor SHE daily and weekly work programs
- Coordinate SHE monitoring & compliance and fire rescue tasks in the
workplace
- Coordinate the implementation of internal audits of SMK3,
Environmental Proper and PTKP/PICA audit results
- Coordinate the fulfillment of documents and implementation of SMK3
and Environmental Proper in the field
- Coordinate the implementation of K3LH induction;
- Coordinate the initial handling of incidents, emergency response,
investigation and reporting
