CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities :

- Manage and coordinate the implementation of the Construction Management Services by the Construction Contractor in his/her area Of responsibility

- Lead and supersise all superintendents and leader in each work area and discipline such as construction, work quality controller, construction eguipment, material, project controls, and work

safety in terms of providing the Company any construction management and supervision Services for Construction Contractor

- Provide insight/imput to Company should there be any complications on the field which cause Construction activities can not be well implemented due to Construction Contractor skil issues, disturbance from local people, unavailability of resources, construction technology that can not be Applied, safe work issues, or other related matter which potentially hinder work progress as per target

plan reguested by he Company in the w

- Minimum education is a bachelor degree (S1) in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industry, petroleum, geological, marine, metalurgy, physics, or construction management engineering

- The candidate shall have minimum 18 years working experience in various construction and construction management, with minimum 15 years of which are for oil and gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities

- During the last 12 years has experience as Construction Manager in EPC or EPCI project/contract or as constructions main representative in projects for multinational oil and gas or petrochemical with

minimum single Contract value of IDR 500 bilion and managing minimum 500 Contractor 's personel including its subcontractors personnel
