SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Summary Description:
As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible to develop and manage HD Hyundai service goals, handling service performance start from Pre Delivery, Periodic Service, Manage Performance machine population to maintain customer satisfaction.
Excellent in calculate figures and good to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists skills are essential for success in this role.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
- Ensure services are provide efficiently and effectively in accordance with established standards and quality levels
- Handle service performance start from Pre Delivery, Periodic Service, Manage Performance machine population and create report to system.
- Handle product quality feedback review / corrective measures, execute warranty claim, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise and manage a team of mechanics or technicians, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to meet service objectives.
- Analyze service, expenses, and monthly cost to maintain profit goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs.
- Development and improvement service processes based on market trends.
- Providing technical support and advice to customers
- Developing and implementing technical support policies and procedures
- Create service program promotion to increasing service revenue.
Education and Experience:
- Having a bachelor's degree (S1)/Diploma 3 (D3) from reputable mechanical engineering university or management with five to ten years of related experience in service management
- Preferably candidates who have experience working for respectful top 5) heavy equipment dealers in Indonesia or respectful global heavy equipment manufacture
- Preferably candidates who have experience using SAP and Dealer portal
- Ability to interpret customer needs
- Good organizational skills
