WIRELINE COORDINATOR

WIRELINE ENGINEER

Requirements:

- You must have a bachelor's degree in engineering in fields such as electrical, mechanical, or petroleum engineering

- Previous experience of working Onshore or Offshore in the Oil and Energy field within well logging and reservoir analysis would be advantageous (will also provide offshore certifications if required)

- Placement : Jakarta, Jambi

Responsibilities:

- Perform Wireline Operations: Conduct wireline operations in offshore environments, including rig platforms and well sites. This includes running and retrieving wireline tools, perforating, logging, and other wireline services as required

- Independently provide basic services and tool operation to customers at the well site. Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate basic data interpretations and mechanical constructs to clients from proprietary software and learns to coach clients through various drilling and completion scenarios. Actively participates in the training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals on all aspects of the job.

- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the readiness of wireline tools and equipment. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of wireline data. Perform quality checks on acquired data and maintain data integrity throughout the process.

- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Follow all HSE guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, geologists, and operators to coordinate and execute wireline operations. Share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

- Training and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to wireline operations. Continuously enhance your technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Operating wireline equipment to gather and analyse data about the geology and hydrocarbon reserves in an oil or gas well.

- Working with other members of the drilling and completion team to ensure that the wireline operation is performed safely and efficiently.

- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.

- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
