PT CESCO Offshore and Engineering is a company engaged in providing leading mechanical completion & commissioning services for the marine & petrochemical industry and engineering & construction services for construction and general industry requires candidates to fill the position:
QC INSPECTOR FOR FLANGE MANAGEMENT
Requirement:
- Min 3 years experience as flange management inspector
- Domicile in Batam or Tj. Balai Karimun is preferred
- Covid 19 vaccine certificate (min vaccinated dose 3)
- Having the valid certificate for Flange Management Inspector (ECITB or API)
- Have a basic knowledge for flange standard: ASME, ANSI, API, Hub flange, etc
Responsibilities:
- Inspection the flange surface and flange condition
- Correct material identification for flange, gasket and bolt/nut
- Ensures tools used are duly calibrated and maintain calibration certificates accessible
- Ensure the compliance of the Flange Management activities implementation as per approved procedures
- Ensures the procedures are respected by the personnel involved
Skills:
- Generate, check, file and update documentation related to quality system such as inspection report and summary
- Keep and maintain inspection report and summary
- Prepare the inspection report
- Support operations related to quality issues
- Assist the project engineer/ project lead related to quality
PRE-COMMISIIONING SUPERVISOR
Requirement:
- Min 3 years experiences as Supervisor in pre-commissioning and commissioning (Pressure Test, Flange Management, etc)
- Understanding the technical drawing (P&ID, Isometric, etc)
- On-site supervision of foreman and technician Follow and implement the working procedure
- Strong leadership
skills :
- Having the valid certificate for Flange Management (ECITB or API) is preferred
- Domicile in Batam or Tj Balai Karimun is preferred
- Covid 19 vaccine certificate (min. vaccinated dose 3).
