PT. Manambang Muara Enim is an Indonesian coal mining company located in Muara Enim, South Sumatra, currently requires professional candidates to join us as:
HEAD of HCGA
Qualifications:
- Max 45 years old
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in mining industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or
related fields is highly desired
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective HR communications and training
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and software, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance management
- Ability to manage various special projects, conduct research, and analyze HR actions effectively
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, procedures, and standard HR
practices
- Adaptability to changes in priorities, directions, and tasks in a dynamic environment Unquestionable business ethics, personal integrity, and a genuine commitment to the Company's values with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Placement at Jakarta (Head Office)
