R & D MANAGER
Qualification :
- At Least have 5 years Experience as R&D Manager in Food Industry
- Good communication and project management
- Strong leadership skill
Job Description :
- Develop the strategy, roadmap, goals and manage cross-functional
teams to deliver on time and hight quality projects
- Responsible to do cost saving in existing products without
compromising product quality
- Lead multiple projects and ensure all processesare completed
within the assigned time line
- Placement : Kawasan Industri Manis Tangerang
R & D SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
- At Least have 2 years Experience as R&D Supervisor in Food
Industry
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and ISO
- Having good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients
and characteristic of food product
Job Description :
- Identification, Analyst and interpretation of lifestyle, retail
food trends to ensure the concept in it to provide strategic
innovation and profitable sales growth relevant to the market
- Develop and present the concept of pproduct development in
accordance with the agreed product direction
