CBA Chemical Industry as a company engaged in the field of agrochemicals which was founded in 2001 to meet the needs of farmers with competitive and quality local products, we are currently opening opportunities to join us as, PT. CBA Chemical Industry is currently hiring for the following positions:
TEAM LEADER ENGINEERING
Requirements :
- Male, Bachelor Degree From Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Good understanding about mechanical and electrical
- Ready to work in the field
- Experienced in handling PET preform injection and blowing processes
- Willing to work shifts
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for PET preform injection and blowing processes
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Candidate must be maximum 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical
Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance System.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Good understanding with Manufacturing Machines (Processing and Packaging Machines). Preferably experiences in Pesticide Industry.
- Good understanding with Plastic Manufacturing Machines (Blow Molding Machines, Injection Molding Machines, and Film Blowing Machines). Preferably experienced in Plastic Industry.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with hands-on, self-motivated, goal oriented, keen attention to details, and commitment towards deadline
- Work Placement will be in Factory (Jawilan, Serang, Banten)
ENGINEERING OFFICER
Requirements :
- Male, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding about mechanical and electrical
- Ready to work in the field
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Able to analyze the machine
- Understand electrical wiring & machine drawing
- Able to make daily to monthly planning and reports
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, directing and supervising implementation of planned maintenance activities
- Responsible for troubleshooting
SUPERVISOR QC (PLASTIC)
Requirements :
- Candidate must be maximum 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (QC or QA) is required for this position
- Preferably experienced in plastic or packaging industry
- Good understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance System
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2025, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Good understanding with Plastic Manufacturing (Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and Film Blowing Processes)
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with hands-on, self-motivated, goal oriented, keen attention to details, and commitment towards deadline
