PT Etrama Nusa Energy is a consistently growing company whose business focuses on providing solar energy Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) solutions for projects covering domestic homes, commercial and industrial properties, we are opening vacancies for the following positions:
SITE MANAGER
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably
with experience in Solar Panel projects
- Willing to be placed on project sites (both local and out
of town)
- Ability to calculate work volume, materials, and prepare
cost estimates (HPP)
- Profic Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and Autocad 2D
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication,
analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative,
and ability to work in a team
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Having a driver licenses A & C
SENIOR ENGINEER
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Engineering,
preferably with experience in Solar Panel projects
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD,
Helioscope, PV Syst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and
Electrical Power Systems
- Capable of performing job volume calculations, material
assessments, and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication,
analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative,
and ability to work in a team
- Willing to be placed on project's site
- Having a driver licenses A & C
FIELD ENGINEER
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or Renewable
Energy
- Have experience in a renewable energy sector is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy conversion, and
power systems
- Familiar with National and International Electrical
Standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI)
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD,
Helioscope, PVSyst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and
Electrical Power Systems
- Capable of performing job volume calculations, materials,
and prepare cost estimates (HPP)
- Willing to be placed on project's site
- Having a driver licenses A & C
COMMERCIAL ENGINEER
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable
Energy or equivalent section
- Experienced in Renewable Energy/Developer/IPP/EPCC
Companies or related Industry min. of 3+ years
- Proven in create and managing commercial construction
projects, preferably in a supervisory or Project Management
role
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practice and
BOQ Calculation
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to effectively collaborate with clients,
contractors and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen
attention to detail
- Ability to work underpressure, meet tight deadlines and
manage multiple projects costing simultaneously
DOCUMENT CONTROL AND LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any Major
- Having 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Able to manage project documents, meeting/project schedule,
handling audit
- Experienced in managing logistic administration and
document control (Invoice, Purchase Order, Asset &
Inventory, etc)
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word)
- Able to Supporting project documentation & administration
Strong communication skill, high initiative, attention to
detail, and ability to work in team
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to be placed on Hybrid (Projects or HO)
DRAFTER
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years Experience as a Drafter
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
education (Max 30 y.o)
- Excellent Conceptual and Analytical thinking, Teamwork and
Cooperation
- Can Operate Ms. Office, AUTOCAD, HelioScope, PVSys, SketcUp
and Adobe Photoshop/Illustration
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill,
adaptive and able to work under tight schedule
- Ready to handle multiple projects simultaneously
HSE OFFICER
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Public Health Occupational Health and
Safety or equifalent
- Certificated AK3 Umum & TKBT 2 by Kemnaker RI (having AK3
Listrik by Kemnaker is a plus)
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and hest
practices
- Have a deep understanding of safety tools and its usage,
safety process and the safety requirements
- Experienced in making plan and program for the
implementation of K3 Good Communication, Interpersonal and
Influence skill, adaptive and Teamwork
- Willing to be placed on project's site
