PT Dynacast Indonesia We are located in Batam and manufacturing of standard Zinc, Aluminium Die Casting components are looking for the following positions:
HR ASSISTANT OFFICER
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law/ psychology or Human
Resource Management are preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Familiar with Labor Act, Recruitment, Industrial Relation,
and HRIS
- Excellent computerization skill
- Honest, diligent and full initiative
- Able to work thoroughly, accurately and responsibly
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Positive attitude, Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Able to join ASAP
