Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years Experience in same position with scope of

- Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, or Related
- Experienced in HR work (Recruitment, Compensation &

- Strong in Local KEPRI Networking & HR Regulation
- Have good experiences in Recruitment Headhunting &

- Have good experiences in Recruitment Headhunting &
Outsourcing Services
- Strong Communication & Time Management Skill
- Advance in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Active English proficiency is a Must
- Batam & Karimun Domicile are preferably
