PT Neo Energy has ceased serving domestic customers with gas and electricity via its market access partner UK Energy Incubator Hub following the SOLR of our access partner. Therefore, your contract with Neo Energy Ltd came to a mandatory end at that point in time, we are seeking potential candidate :
LEGAL CORPORATE OFFICER
Job Description :
- Drafting contracts, reviewing contracts and/or other legal
document
- Assisting user in handling corporate actions (RUPS, Merger,
Acquisition, IPO Process, etc)
Related
- Liaising with all stakeholders on the respective works &
business to ensure that all works & business are in compliance
with the laws and regulations
- Draft and review documents for the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders, such as Circular Resolutions, BOD & BOC
resolution, Power of Attorney, etc
Requirement;
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Notaris/PPAT or Public
Listed Company is an advantage
- Interested in Mining & Power Generation Industry in a fast
growing company environment
- Preferably has a PKPA certificate
- Have a good knowledges on company law
- Experience in handling M&A transaction & other commercial
transaction
- Experience in drafting a business contract & contract
negotiation;
- Demonstrate in attention to detail & sense of legal risk
awareness;
- Strong interpersonal skill with ability to coordinate cross
functional teams;
- Has a Brevet A&B certificate is a plus
- Must be understand OSS and non-OSS licensing
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Willing to go on a business trip.
