Mahakarya Geo Survey, an Offshore Survey Services company which serves Oil & Gas, Mining, Submarine Telecommunication & Power Cable and Infrastructure Construction sector is looking for a candidate to fill the position in Site Survey & Metocean Department as Geophysicist

We are looking for a committed professional that could support the team in maintaining and enhancing our excellent Talent Management. He will work within a dynamic organization, closely collaborate with an outstanding team as well as drive people development.

GEOPHYSICIST 

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Processing and Analysis: Analyze and interpret geophysical

 data to create models of the subsurface, identifying geological

  structures and anomalies.

- Survey Planning: Design and plan geophysical surveys tailored to

  project objectives, ensuring optimal data acquisition.

- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain

  geophysical survey equipment, including Side Scan Sonar, Sub Bottom

  Profiler, Magnetometer and other related instruments.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, including data interpretation

  and recommendations, for clients and internal teams. 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics, Geology, Earth Science, or related

  field.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in geophysical survey and data

  interpretation.

- Proficent in geophysical survey intstruments (Side Scan Sonar, Sub

  Bottom Profile, Magnetometer and other related instruments) and

  software for data processing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

  interpret complex geophysical data.

- Willingness to travel and work in different environments, including

  offshore and remote locations.
