K3 TRAINER & CSMS SUPERVISOR

Job Requirement:

- S1 with minimum 3 years or senior high school with minimum 10

  years with experience in a mining operation in general both HSE

  system & operation

- Good interpersonal skill to liaise with personnel at al level

- Hold light vehicle driving license

- Knowledge of training policies and standards (TOT)

- Advance Skill MS Office

- Strong written and verbal communication skill

- Having knowledge and understanding in government regulation

  relate to health, safety and environment (HSE)

- Good understanding on SMKP for both implementation and audit,

  preferable hold certificate of SMKP Implementation and SMKP

  Internal Audit.

- Good presentation skill to conduct interesting HSE Training

- Having experience in CSMS operation and system, preferable hold

  certificate of CSMS
