PT Bumitech Batam Prima is an EPC company based in Batam island that was formed in earlier 2010 by group of Engineers whose having the privilege of working with customers from Japan, Korea, USA, Singapore and Indonesia to provide precision machining of components and precision tools to precise customer specification offer the latest in CNC milling, CNC turning, wire & spark EDM machining and grinding for top quality precision machined parts and providing innovative automated solutions to industry through design and build of bespoke automation equipment and a wide range of industrial control systems. Lately in 2017 The company is upgraded to the largest Engineering, Procurements and construction works of General Building construction, Fabrication, Oil and Gas as well as Marine ship-building fabrications. we are hiring :

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

- Holding Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Having minimum 6 years experience in Civil Structural Engineering

- Hands on experience in design software such as Autodesk and AutoCAD Civil 3D

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high levels

accuracy in calculations and design Leadership skills to effectively

manage a diverse group of professionals working in the project

- Knowledge with construction standards and understanding QA/QC

procedures

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

- Structural calculations, designs and drafting

- Complete and compile structural design documentation to be use in

construction site Responsible for design changes and assessing their impact on Purchase Requests

- Provide Civil & Structural Engineering support to project teams and client groups Coordination work sharing activities with other disciplines and client groups

- Researching, providing estimates and preparing plus implementing project plans Other administrative direct indirect to complete the work, follow up and review structural site queries

- Making recommendations and presenting alternative solutions to problems

- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections Familiar with codes & standard commonly used in structures design both SNI and

International

- Familiar working with related computer software or tech savvy

QC INSPECTOR

Requirements:

- Obtain professional qualification certificate CSWIP 3.0

- Familiar with generate ITP, WPS, PQR, WPQT, Fabrication Procedure, Test Welder, NDT Trace At least 3 year(s) of working experience in steel structure is required for this position

- Able to use inspection tools, read drawing, code and specs Knowledge with construction standards and understanding QA/QC

procedures

- Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written

- Willing to Work under pressure

Responsibilities:

- Inspect and supervise welding works to meet applicable

AWS/API/ANSI/ASME standard - Work closely with PMT to support

fulfilling project quality requirements for welding activities

- Make regular inspection report quality control and distribute it to

related party

- To ensure Construction Personnel are performing the work as per SOP
