IT & SAP DEPT HEAD
Job Description:
- Organize, plan and control the activities of IT and SAP team
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systerns, policies and procedure
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to facilitate successful implementation and use of IT and SAP solutions
- Ensuring that all IT and SAP projects are completed on time and within budget
- Responsible for the operation of all IT and SAP services in 3 IPPs and Head Office
- Responsible for the operation of 4 on-premise Data Centers and 1 Colocation Data Center
- Making Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) as part of the Business Contunuity Plan (BCP)
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors
- Making IT and SAP reports to the managements
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering or information Systems
- More than 5 years experience as Manager or Department Head of IT and/or SAP
- Experienced in designing, installing and developing IT infrastructure, networks, IT Security, and IT systems
- Have knowledge about the operation and development of SAP ERP systems both functionally and basic configuration
- Mastering the configuration and troubleshooting of IT operating systems and devices
- Having good logic, analytical thinking, communication skill, and problem solving skill
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Proficient in spoken and written in English
- Placement: Head Office (Jakarta)
