ASSET TECHNICAL AND ADMIN SUPPORT
Requirement :
- Have experience as admin support (oil and gas project) for 3 years
- Bachelor's degree
- Max age 30 years
- Duri Domicile
- Skills & Knowledge: 1. Know the types of Rig Drilling and Work Over equipment as well support equipment
- Knowing about the care and maintenance of assets
- Know and understand reading manual books related to assets
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Able to operate database system
- Know and understand ISO 9001, OHSAS 1800, and ISO 14001 procedures
- Have leadership ability
- Able to communication, be honest, and be disciplined
Jobs Description :
- Loading an asset transaction report
- Able to perform asset inventory
- Accuracy of data on the ERP System Platform in accordance with the actual results of asset inventory, and periodically reviewing the completeness of asset data in the System
- Assign a Cardex number to the new asset unit and perform maintenance on the cardex number to the old unit
- Coordination with the Maintenance, Toolhouse, Logistics, Procurement, Finance Accounting and Operations Departments for carrying out asset inventory in each Rig and Verify asset data in yards and rigs
- Carry out a feasibility check on the status of the Garbage asset unit ready for sale (Delete Assets and Asset Write-Offs)
TOOL HOUSE SUPERVISOR
Requirement :
- Have 5 years experience as a Tool House Supervisor
- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Engineering
- Max age 35 years
- Fluent in English
- Know the working principles of drilling operations / work over
- Know the technical standards and specifications of drilling rig equipment and work on them
- Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Good attitude & manners
- Able to identify and understand the function of various rig equipment
Jobs Description :
- Able to understand and analyze unit damage such as well control, equipment, handling equipment, tubing and inspection, fishing gear, swabs, slurry pumps and inspection
- Know and understand rig inspection standards
- Able to solve problem solving problems
- Understand and understand operational needs and be able to analyze contract specs from employers
- Provide monthly reports on toolhouse activities at meetings
Management Review
- Provide monthly reports to the Maintenance Manager
RIG SUPERINTENDENT ( Driling )
Requirement :
- Minimum 10 years experience as RIG Superintendent (Drilling).
- Has a valid IADC certificate and MIGAS certificate
- Having experience in the oil & gas industry
- Duri Domicile
- Max age 45 years
- Fluent in English
Jobs Description :
- Manage the safe conduct of drilling operations
- Organize and supervise drilling work
- Responsible for the use and maintenance of equipment
- Responsible for the safety and health of the crew
- Responsible for the safety of the use of equipment
- Carry out work ordered by superiors
TOOL PUSHER
Requirement :
- Have experience as a Tool Pusher for at least 3 years
- Max age 30 years
- Duri Domicile
- Has a valid IADC certificate and Oil and Gas certificate
- Having experience in the oil & gas industry
Jobs Description :
- Maintain and maintain equipment, supervise and control well drilling/rework operations on land
- Coordinate with drillers, tower operators, floor operators and assist workers before drill/rework operations begin
- Make a report to Rig Supt on all operational activities and obstacles encountered
- Responsible for moving units and equipment from the old location to the new location according to the applicable SOP
- Work closely with section heads to provide direction to field employees, and receive input from all crew for smooth operation and work safety
- Also responsible for the receipt and maintenance of materials from partners and the implementation of product identification and quality processes
- Responsible for procedures for implementing Quality Management and carrying out work directed by superiors according to scope of work
