We are currenty seeking Motivated and higly qualified candidates to Join Our team in North Sumatera for the below position:
OFFICER IT SUPPORT
General Requirements :
- As a part of tne Service Desk team and provides the first point Contact and assistance for end users (employees, aliance members, Contractors and Stakeholders) to maximise tne confidentaly, integrity and availabilty of Macmahon technology Services
- Resolves incidents and completes service requests, escalating high priority issues to speciailised support groups as required, and Mantain ongoing communication with end Users to provide updates, verify resolution and improve satisfaction with Macmahom technology Services.
- Degree/doplama in Informaton Technology or related discipline
- 2-3 years Of experience in technical Support role
- Diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware,software, printer, Or peripheral Issues
- Demonstrated problem solving skils
- Mandatory to be stong writen and oral communicaton sklis (both Engish and Bahasa)
- Adaptabillity to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies
- Relliably work rostered shifts, Willing to work on 4/2 FIFO roster
- Understanding of varous technology platforms including Windows Server, Microsoft Ofice 365. Azure Acive Directory, MS Exchange, and Windows Operating system
- Strong motivation and abilty to operate independenly
- Detail oriented
- Excelent time management skils
- Capable of involvement in multiple activities and projects and ability to deal wih ambiguity
