OPERATION QUALITY SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial Engineer- Minimum 15 years experience in O&G Component Manufacturing or EPC Company
- Minimum 15 years experience in welding & piping and vessels fabrication related to ASME Sec. Il A&B, IX, V, VIII Div-1, 831.3,
31.8, APISL, 5LC, 5LD, 01, ISO9001
- Minimum 10 years experience in QA similar function
- Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership role
- Experience in offshore type of blasting & painting, dimensional inspection, PMI,hardness testers, welding gauges, thickness gauges,

etc
- Minimum Certified with CSWIP 3.2.1
- Minimum Certified Lead Auditor ISO9001
- Certified in Welding Inspection by local or international body i.e.

AWS, CSWIP, PCN or Equivalent with additional certificates for SNT- TC-1A Level Il in MP/PT/UT/RT/ECT or equivalent
- Fluent/understand organization related tools and process
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor

Requirements :
- Minimum education is senior high school
- Qualified and Certified PCN MT/PT/UT PAUT level 2 minimum
- Qualified PCN PAUT level 2 will be advantaged
- The individual shall be capable of reading a Jaeger Number 1(J1)
- Previous certified UT from institute training or NDE level II
- Acceptable level of competency as note is previous staff assessment

CNC TECHNICIAN
Requirements :
- Minimun Diploma (D3) in Electronically role
- Minimum 1years experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NTT) & Fault finding and part replacement
- Knowledge of tool probing function for CNC Mill Machines
- Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics and software, electrical pneumatic and mechanical system
