As a result of good reputation and a lot of advanced technologies, YOI makes high contribution to the communication industry in Indonesia and ASEAN.

We are expecting to welcome local talents to be parts of our team as :

PPIC STAFF

Requirements
- D3 or S1 graduates from all majors/disciplines
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- English speaking must good & Mandarin speaking background is an

advantage

- Having interpersonal communication skills
- Have the ability to create document in Indonesian and English
- Have the ability to operate ERP system
- Having good root cause analysis and troubleshooting/countermeasure

skills.
- Understand the basic of the production process (manufacturing)
- Understand the basic of machine scheduling, working hours

(shifting), and calculating material requirements for production
- Able to work under pressure (time and target) and result oriented

Preference:
- Have Experience as PPIC Staff (Production Planning and Inventory

Control) minimum 2 years
- Experience in handling production with extrusion machines and cable

manufacture will be an added value
- Understanding the concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM),

including Logistics and Transportation will be an added value
- Willing to be placed in Surya Cipta of Industry, Karawang
