RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER 

Main Function :
- Manage Recruitment proses and ensure that the right candidate has
  been closing aligning with company's recruitment

Requirement :
- Minimum S1 From Psychology 
- Minimum 5 years experiences in recruitment and HR
- Understand and able to use psychology test for recruitment process
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Good computere skills (Excel, Word)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good leadership ability
- Good at the planning, coordinating and monitoring the team
- Good Problem solver and team work
- English(Active)

Role and responsibility :
- Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where job will be
  advertised
- Screening application forms and short list application
- Devising, running and evaluating selection process including
  interviews, psychometric test, personal questionnaires and various
  group activities
- advising manager on base practice recruitment and selection if
  found difficulties in searching for suitable candidates
- ensure that all employee, new existing employee receive medical
  check align with company and goverment regulation
